Allow our expert event planners to handle all the details for your next meeting or special event at CIC. Each one of our rooms are perfect for meetings, corporate events, golf events or social events, with a capacity for groups of five to 175. We offer complimentary wireless connectivity and meeting equipment, free parking, hotel rooms and full-service banquet and dining facilities.
Our Event Spaces
Library (Available capacity up to 20 guests)
The Library is a room meant for smaller gatherings located in the main clubhouse attached to the Cove Bar.
GEMINI (Available capacity up to 35 guests)
A 73-foot Burger Motor Yacht designed and built for cruising the Great Lakes. GEMINI is an exclusive entertainment venue ideal for family celebrations, engagements and weddings, corporate functions, private getaways, fundraising events and so much more. Side Door (Available capacity up to 50 guests)
Located adjacent to the Golf Shop and Fitness Center, the Side Door offers a casual event experience with long views across the golf course toward the marina.
Lounge (Available capacity up to 60 guests)
The Lounge is a cozy room with a fireplace and bright lighting. It is located in the Main Clubhouse as you enter the front doors to your right.
Cliff Room (Available capacity up to 70 guests)
The Cliff Room is located in the Main Clubhouse with one of the best views of Lake Erie. It also has the “Cliff Porch” right outside the room.
Harbour Room (Available capacity up to 120 guests)
The Harbour Room is a short distance from the Main Clubhouse, with a beautiful view overlooking the CIC marina, with an outdoor deck and cocktail level.
Chart Room (Available capacity up to 150 guests)
The Chart Room is a large space perfect for conferences or parties. This room is located in the Main Clubhouse.
Pavilion (Available capacity up to 175 guests)
The Pavilion is a large tent-style venue to the right of the Main Clubhouse. It is known for holding beautiful events up to 175 people. The tent includes chandeliers, bistro lights and an outstanding Lake Erie view.
