Can non-members make reservations?

All reservations must be made by a CIC member, who will then provide names of those staying in the rooms. If you would like a guest to stay in the hotel, the member still needs to make the reservations. Any temporary guest accounts will be subject to resort fees and information needed for temporary accounts needs to be taken care of prior to guest stay.

How many rooms are available?

We have 34 rooms to take reservations for. When the hotel is full, we operate on a waitlist for that date. However, please keep in mind there is no guarantee on which type of room you will get if you receive a call from the waitlist. Members are limited to reserving a maximum of five rooms per day, and reservations are considered as "guaranteed" when made.

How many people to a room?

Our hotel rooms comfortably sleep two (2) people, with bed availability of one queen bed or two twin size beds in the rooms. 

Are rollaway beds available?

Due to ongoing damage to our newly renovated rooms, we will no longer permit nor provide rollaway beds. The max guest count per room is two (2) adults. Infant pack 'n plays are still permitted. We are currently exploring a smaller option that will fit better in the room. An announcement will be made once these have been acquired.

Can I bring my pet?

We have a limited number of rooms set aside as “pet friendly.” Please be sure to let us know at the time of reservation if you are bringing a pet. We do have you sign a waiver of responsibility if there is any damage to the room from your pet. If you show up with a pet that we were unaware of, there will be added cleaning charges to your stay.

What is the cancellation policy?

Reservations must be cancelled within the following number of days prior to your arrival date to avoid the cancellation fee, which is $50 per room, per night. If a member or guest NO-SHOW, they will be charged the full room rate plus tax.
