FAQs - Rooms
Can non-members make reservations?
All reservations must be made by a CIC member, who will then provide names of those staying in the rooms. If you would like a guest to stay in the hotel, the member still needs to make the reservations. Any temporary guest accounts will be subject to resort fees and information needed for temporary accounts needs to be taken care of prior to guest stay.
How many rooms are available?
We have 34 rooms to take reservations for. When the hotel is full, we operate on a waitlist for that date. However, please keep in mind there is no guarantee on which type of room you will get if you receive a call from the waitlist. Members are limited to reserving a maximum of five rooms.
How many people to a room?
Our hotel rooms comfortably sleep two people, with bed availability of one queen bed or two twin size beds in the rooms. Cots are available at extra cost, as well as pack n’ plays for infants.
Can I bring my pet?
We have a limited number of rooms set aside as “pet friendly.” Please be sure to let us know at the time of reservation if you are bringing a pet. We do have you sign a waiver of responsibility if there is any damage to the room from your pet. If you show up with a pet that we were unaware of, there will be added cleaning charges to your stay.
Off Season (October – May): Cancellations must be received a full 96 hours prior to your stay. In Season (May – September): Cancellations must be received a full 96 hours prior to your stay. Holiday Weekends: Cancellations must be received a full 30 days prior to your stay.
Please Note: Any cancellations within the time frame be charged $50 per room, per night. No show is full cost of the room.
