Full-Time
Banquet Operations Supervisor
This position is responsible for the setup, execution and breakdown of all banquet and club event spaces. This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of physical activity, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The supervisor ensures all event spaces are properly prepared according to party sheets, while supporting overall operational flow.
Line Cook
We are currently looking for a full-time evening line cook. This position is responsible for all production of assigned areas and preparation for a la carte service. He or she also will execute cooking on the line for a la carte dinner service and maintain a clean and organized work space throughout service.

Seasonal Positions
Server: Breakfast, Lunch and/or Dinner
This position seeks an individual who enjoys working with people, as well as strives to deliver the best in sales and service to members.
Banquet Server
This position seeks an individual who enjoys working with people, as well as strives to deliver the best in banquet service to members and their guests.
Bartender
This position seeks a dedicated, motivated professional interested in bartending. No experience necessary.
Food Runner/Expeditor
This position oversees the food production process between the kitchen and the dining room, as well as delivers food to the tables. The food runner/expeditor communicates with the culinary team, servers, customer service team and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
Busser
This position plays an essential role in delighting and serving our members, while keeping our dining areas spotless, sanitized and safe.
Kitchen Support - Dish Station
This position ensures the organization and sanitation of dishes, while maintaining a clean and safe dish area.
Galley Grill Staff
This position works at the Galley Grill, a lakeside dining option at the heart of CIC recreation, and is crossed trained to perform multiple tasks, including greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and cooking items to order and delivering orders, as well as opening and closing the facility.
Dock Shop Attendant/Coffee Shop
This position works at the Dock Shop, an active retail store with beautiful lakefront views, interacting with members to promote sales and upcoming events, while providing a convenient store front for various merchandise ,food and beverage selections.
Golf Outside Operations
This position maintains the golf cart fleet and provides general customer service to members and their guests.
Golf Course Maintenance
This position operates and cares for course maintenance equipment, as well as provides manicured landscaping areas around the entire CIC campus.
Youth Program Counselor
This position assists with family and youth programming to ensure safe, fun and memorable experiences for CIC members and their children; such as Parent Date Nights, Thursday Kids Camp, CIC Field Week, Family Lawn Games and various field trips.
Lifeguard
This position provides safety for members and their guests in the pool and surrounding areas, including the lakefront and lake swimming. Of note, CIC pays the cost for lifeguard certification or re-certification.
Marina Operations/Dock Staff
This position seeks individuals interested in an opportunity to grow within and learn more about marina operations. Customer service skills, reliability, teamwork and hard work are the keys to success.
Security Attendant
This position is responsible for marking sure the entire campus is secure by patrolling the property, monitoring equipment, inspecting access points and much more.
