Heather Stouffer built the events department at Catawba Island Club from the ground up in 2017, where she is now scaling back and is responsible for planning and executing Yachtsmen Association events.

Heather has been a part of CIC’s staff since her early college years, starting at the front desk and transitioning into several different roles throughout her time. As the special events coordinator, she loves to welcome guests to CIC and observe their awe, as they experience the magnificent facility located along the shores of Lake Erie.

Outside of CIC, you’ll find Heather walking her dog Franklin around Catawba, playing tennis or boating with family and friends. In the winter months, she is proud to say that she’s a puzzle geek and loves challenging her brain.

Heather is married to Jim Stouffer Jr., and together, they have raised two children, Nic and Lily, along with their dog Franklin. They reside year-round on Catawba Island. She also is a stepmom to James, David and Matthew Stouffer.
