The Catawba Island Club culinary team has a rare opening for an evening Sous Chef.

From weddings to wine dinners and five star a la carte service CIC’s scratch kitchen excels in serving delicious food made with best ingredients using modern cooking techniques.

The evening Sous Chef position is a unique opportunity for an individual who has -

  • knowledge of various cooking techniques

  • experience mentoring and managing kitchen personnel

  • an understanding how to prepare and work with varied ingredients

Joining our team will provide the opportunity to:
